Role: Engineering Manager
Shift: Monday to Friday days
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
Location: Cornwall
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join one of my key clients, at their site based in Cornwall. This state of the art factory produce an extremely high volume of products which are supplied to all major supermarkets UK wide and they are a market leader in their Industry.
The role of the Engineering Manager will be to work closely along side the Operations Manager and you will form part of the Senior Team. As The Engineering Manager will be one of the main influencers in the business, so as such you will have extensive experience in Managing an Engineering department including developing and coaching Maintenance Managers who report to you, leading an Engineering team of around 30, large budgetary control, to be able to write and implement PPM schedules and drive efficiencies. Furthermore you will be a hard worker with good communication skills, you will be attending weekly and monthly meetings which focus on KPI's.
In return you will receive an excellent remuneration package and work for a Large Blue Chip Manufacturing company.
Skills required for the Engineering Manager:
Experience as an Engineering Manager leading a large team
Come from an FMCG background
Engineering Qualification
