The successful candidate will be required to work in lessons with individuals, or occasionally in small groups in order to support well-being and independence. The role will also require the candidate to work with students displaying a broad range of special educational needs and those who require additional support across various subjects.
As a member of the behavior support team, you will work with children and young people who present challenging behaviour, while constantly attempting to reduce their bad behavior and keep them within the classroom setting. The role can be challenging at times but also incredibly rewarding to those seeking to inspire and assist those who may be considered vulnerable.
