Interactive Compliance Manager

Assist the Head of Interactive Compliance to support and evaluate Rank Interactive's approach to upholding the three licensing objectives of the Gambling Act;

* Keep gambling crime free

* Ensure the provision of fair, open and honest gambling products and services

* Protect the young and the vulnerable

Additional Responsibilities:

* Advise Rank Interactive colleagues in relation to compliance/regulatory issues within Rank's online businesses and respond to all queries or questions on a day to day basis to assist the business in managing its regulatory risks and operating in a compliant manner

* Assist with the development, delivery and maintenance of a first-class compliance monitoring and assurance programme to support the Rank Interactive business

* Work closely with first-line teams across the Rank Interactive business including, but not limited to, SG/Customer Services, HVC, EDD, product and marketing teams, to ensure that they understand and manage regulatory risk in their areas

* Work with the Head of Interactive Compliance to ensure all relevant periodic compliance reports are submitted in a timely fashion

* Support in the creation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc external reporting; ensuring completion in an accurate and timely fashion

* Ensure the maintenance of relevant policies and risk assessments and support the business in the development and regular review of their procedures and controls

* Assist with the maintenance and support the delivery of a package of compliance training for the Rank Interactive business

* Work closely with the wider compliance and legal department, to ensure cross-channel coverage and management of compliance risk

* Any projects or ad-hoc issues that may be required from time to time in support of the Head of Interactive Compliance
