Finance/HR Manager - full time

Expanding busy Logistics/Transport Operation

Sage multi currency experience essential
Strong management & organisational skills
Freight background would be an advantage.
(we have a customs department, so any experience with deferment accounts/duty & vat would be an advantage)
Reporting to the director
Manage Accounts team of 4 staff
Manage the companies HR
Oversee the Purchase & Sales ledgers , including foreign partner reconciliations
Oversee staff payroll processed by our accountants
Prepare cash flow forecasts/overheads & budgeting reports
Report on month end profit & loss
Reconcile and submit VAT returns
Prepare year end
Monitor company equipment rentals/leases/insurances etc
