Director of Property

Salary - Circa £90,000, plus £7,500 car allowance, per annum

Location - Saffron Walden & home based

Hours - 35 hours per week

The Director of Property is an Executive leadership role at Hastoe Housing Association. As one of the UK's largest, rural specialists, we own and manage over 7,500 rented, shared ownership and leasehold properties across the south of England, from Norfolk to Cornwall. Our purpose is to work closely with rural communities and provide and manage high quality, affordable and sustainable homes.

We're looking for an experienced property professional who has worked at a senior level and who is keen to take the next step into an Executive Team role. Reporting to the CEO, they'll be responsible for setting the direction and delivery of all our property services, including procurement, repairs, capital and cycle investment programmes. Our ideal candidate will have managed multi-disciplinary teams, be highly motivated and skilled at motivating others to ensure we provide a high quality experience for our residents.

As a member of the Executive Team, the Director of Property will also contribute towards the wider governance, leadership and direction of the business.
