FNOL Claims Handler

Get Staff Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful and growing claims management company, who are looking to add a FNOL Claims Handler to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional to build upon their knowledge, working for a company with excellent training procedures and a thriving reputation in the marketplace.

Duties to be performed in the role will include:

* Acting as a point of contact and taking calls from customers who have been involved in a car accident/RTA.

* Liaising with potential vendors, Solicitors and Insurance companies.

* Negotiating with third parties

* Checking for fraudulent behaviour

* Liaising with all relevant personnel

* Completing general administration including sending out legal documentation and recovering credit hire invoices.
