Becoming a Communications Manager with Capita's Government Services:
Fantastic opportunity to secure an initial 6 months contract as a Communications Manager working with one of our Local Government clients on a transformation programme. The Communications Manager will be looking after the communications for a large, complex transformation programme,
What you'll be doing:
· Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to articulate the transformation programme and it's impact
· Ensuring communications are always aligned to the larger programme of work
· Overseeing the written content
· Create a useful, engaging, positive narrative for different audiences and stakeholders
· Understanding the impact for each audience and being able to relay that communications appropriately
What we're looking for:
Experienced Communications Manager with transformation or change management experience
Strong Local Government transformation experience, need to understand the environment
Experience working in a regulated environment
Excellent written and presentation communication skills
A sound knowledge of internal and external communication best practice - can demonstrate sound creative judgment across a range of channels and methods of delivery
Experience of establishing and managing traditional and digital communications channels including change management communications planning and execution
