The role is aimed at a qualified and experienced Service Engineer who has experience of breakdowns of wood cutting CNC Machinery at customers sites.

Responsibilities:

Customer visits / Job assessment - UK wide

Service and maintenance of CNC machinery

Manage customers expectations

Attention to detail

Working safely and ensuring regulation compliance

H&S

Key Skills:

Qualified Engineer

Experience in breakdown and service of wood cutting or Wood CNC machines

Electrical fault finding

Customer service / communication skills
