Job Details

Do you consider yourself to be an outstanding individual who possess a strong emotional intelligence? Do you have any experience supporting SEN students?

We are seeking passionate and caring candidates who have the patience and skills needed in order to support children who may be considered vulnerable. The role will require you to work with students who suffer from an array of conditions such as MLD and SEMH. The successful candidate must be able to support students that may suffer with challenging behaviour and specific learning difficulties. The school in question is an impressive comprehensive school based in Hackney, who values the success and wellbeing of their students above everything else.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about taking on the challenges that come with supporting SEND students therefore you will need to be a patient, enthusiastic and nurturing individual. Please note also this is a role that requires you to interact with students currently in secondary schools, and you will therefore need to be comfortable within that environment.

While previous experience with children is ideal, if you come from a different background and believe you have the passion to assist those students who need it - please be encouraged to apply!

Protocol Education is a Supply Agency offering both long terms and short terms roles in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs (SEND) Education. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools.
