A law firm based in in Brentwood are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor.
The role is a permanent opportunity which will involve general commercial property responsibilities. With the role there is no time recording nor is there a requirement to bring in work to the firm and the firm does not work long house.
There are growth prospects for the position as the firm continues to the grow. There will be a need to bring in a second Commercial Property solicitor n the very near future. There is genuine scope to become a key player at the firm in the future.
The ideal candidate will have previous Commercial Property experience and be 2 years PQE.
The salary for the role is £40,000 - £45,000 but there could be flexibility based on experience.
