The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a wonderful Northamptonshire based organisation, they are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Accountant to join their finance department in a newly created Finance Manager position.
Although their office is based in Northamptonshire, the organisation are putting a lot of emphasis on flexible working and are willing to offer the successful candidate the chance to work remotely.
In this role you will work closely with the Financial Controller and will assist them with the running of a busy finance department. On a day to day basis your duties will include preparing monthly management accounts, budgeting & forecasting, preparing various financial reports and lasing with both financial and non financial stakeholders. You will also be responsible in the day to day management of 2 direct reports and 1 indirect report in the finance team.
To be considered for the position, you will be a qualified Accountant and will ideally possess a strong background in both Management and Financial Accounts, strong system knowledge and previous experience in leading a small team. Public sector/NFP experience is highly desirable but not essential.
The salary will be paying up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
