SCHOOL PREMISES MANAGER
Based in Bradford
Full time basis
Pay based on experience level
Starting ASAP
We are delighted to be working with a modern school based in Bradford who require an experienced Premises Manager to join their workforce as soon as possible.
Key Duties:
* Responsible for the co-ordination of Site Security
* Ensuring that the schools is maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition, and to undertake such tasks as may be necessary for effective site management
* Ensuring that regulations, school polices and protocols are followed and adhered to throughout the school
* Supporting the Business Manager in assisting the Trust, Headteacher and senior leadership team (SLT) in formulating aims and objectives of the school
* Co-ordination of Health & Safety
* Responsible for the school site and grounds including extended school activities
* Implement the school repair and maintenance programme
* Negotiate service contracts
* Authorise relevant works for all repairs/improvements
* To promote and co-ordinate lettings of school facilities to ensure that income opportunities are maximised
* Line manage caretaking and cleaning staff including holding regular team meetings
You will have access to ongoing professional development training and access to a highly supportive leadership team.
About you:
* You will have previous experience in a similar role
* You will be able to provide references of previous experience
* You will have a DBS on the update service and be willing to comply with full safeguarding checks
