They are currently looking for an experienced ESF Operations Manager to join their growing team.
Role and Responsibilities: As the Operations manager you will be - Managing the SSW and ESF contracts - The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain, key stakeholder relationships, internal and external partners and take overall responsibility - The Operation manager will develop strategies to drive individual and team performance - Manage delivery staff, admin and compliance and the over running of the delivery. - Reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
Experience and Skills: - The Operations Manager will need to have: -Experience of operational or centre manager from either a college or training provider -Experience in managing a learning provision - with proven success - Previous experience working in a senior role - Outstanding attention to detail - Ability to work on own initiative and also as a apart of a larger team
