Pertemps Crawley have an exciting opportunity for a growing and established client seeking a Accounts Assistant.

Duties include:

-Ensure all supplier invoices are input onto the system using SAGE 50
-Generate a weekly purchase ledger report to be approved by Directors for payment
-Allocate the customers payments to their accounts ensuring all the information is entered correctly
-Bank reconciliation both weekly and monthly
-Chase customers for payment as and when required to ensure they are in line with their payment terms
-General office duties as and when needed such as answering calls/general administrative tasks

Experience required:

-2 years minimum using SAGE 50
-Previous experience within an Accounts position
-Friendly and confident communicator
-Experience working on a Sales/Purchase Ledger
