£293.10- £350.00 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a successful Early Years team within a primary school based in Stanley. This is a full-time role, ideal for an experienced or newly qualified Teaching Assistant looking for their next opportunity.

The role

The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) will be focused on delivering a high level of support to Nursery children. The role will include providing general support, as well as performing some 1:1 and small group support when necessary. Working full time from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, the successful applicant will have prior experience of supporting in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be a self-motivated individual, capable of working alongside the class teacher to help improve attainment.

Requirements
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Have experience working in Early Years
Hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
Have excellent behaviour management skills
Be able to adapt to different daily routines
Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
