Initially remote based, in the future blended office and remote
£30,000 - £34,000
6 Month temporary role - with longer term prospects
Working for a leading technology business who provide services that benefit most of us on a regular basis, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pay and Reward professional to join a small but strong team to deliver a strong service to circa 500 employees.
Key duties and responsibilities will include;
• Running a timely and accurate payroll
• Providing a service to customers who include employees, managers, departments within the Company and external parties
• Being the point of contact for employees and the business on payroll issues, compensation and benefit queries and information
• Processing HMRC and other third-party notifications
• Maintaining accurate data for taxable benefits:
• Processing auto-enrolment assessment recommendations
• Providing a professional service to internal customers:
• Regular reporting on headcount, attrition, diversity and other reports as required
Key skills and experience required:
• Experience of processing payroll for around 500 employees or more at a multi national company
• Strong knowledge on benefits and pensions
• Highly numerate and exceptional analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Respect for confidential information
• Experience in Workday HCM or ADP Payroll software
