We have a brand new permanent position for a bright capable IT Support professional with broad technical skills to join our client.
Your role will be to act as the focal point for all IT Support and Infrastructure issues across a 25-30 user environment to include:-
* Active Directory (group policy)
* PC Mac. Mobile set up and support
* Ensure IT Security measures
* Office365 upgrades, support, maintenance
* Remote and localised technical support
You will be the main point of contact for these issues. When quieter the role will offer a real opportunity to get involved with DevOps at a Junior level, working alongside the DevOps professional with support issues.
Currently the role is home based but there will be a need to work in the Tunbridge Wells office and further down the line there may be some face to face support with remote users in SE England.
This is a permanent role only and needs someone within easy commute of Tunbridge Wells.
