Job Details
We are working alongside a remarkable Hair and Personal Care brand in search of a Country Business Manager to join their business. The successful individual with have at least 5 years' experience in the role within the same sector and must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree e.g., Management, Business.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately prepare and present regional budgets to the group headquarters
* Take responsibility for all P&L of the territory of competence and the organization
* Organise logistic activities and operations for the market
* Manage entire communication & marketing strategies for the market of competence
* Create, Plan, Organize and Control action plans to manage the key distributors actually
* present in UK e in Norther Europe
* Keep in mind quality standards at all times
* Recruit and manage the direct sales network (Key Account)
* Create and implement a strategy for resources and objectives for a subsequent implementation of the market
Experience:
* Relevant Bachelor's degree e.g., Management, Business.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Self-motivated leader with a passion for the industry
* Must be able to travel often across the UK and the North of Europe
