Job Details
An excellent opportunity to join a large Financial Services organisation and work within their M&A Delivery team.
You'll be responsible for working with target companies to understand, document and carry out due diligence on their application landscapes. Additionally you'll work with team members to build and implement transition plans; migrating, decommissioning and maintaining applications based on the strategy you've established.
You'll be engaged at an early stage in the acquisition process, and responsible for understanding the application and digital landscape within the target company. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand data and process flows and will build documentation to allow for integration and migration on acquisition.
You'll need excellent communication skills and a broad experience base to allow you to work with stakeholders at all levels and build a holistic understanding of the technical environment. You'll need strong technical capability and experience of working with developers and technical teams, as well as previous experience in Due Diligence. In particular experience in planning and delivering data migration projects is essential.
The role is flexible on location; you can be based from home or one of a number of offices. There will be travel involved, primarily in the UK but sometimes across Europe.
The role will pay around £70-75K. For more details please contact Justin Sleep with a copy of your profile
