Welfare Manager (Fixed Term Summer Contract)

Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of students, implementing our Safeguarding and Health and Safety policies working closely with the Camp Manager.

· Liaise with internal (as for example Alpadia's Customer Services and Sales teams) and external stakeholders (as for example accommodation partners) concerning matters of student welfare; responding and resolving any questions, comments or concerns.

· Manage the allocation of students in accommodation, responding to requests and complaints from internal and external stakeholders.

· Additional administrative tasks and activities as given by the Camp Manager such as marketing uploads, catering calculations, completing daily reports, etc
