Job Details

Title: Interim Governance & Risk Manager
Location: West Midlands
Contract Length: 4 Months
IR35: Inside
Banding: 8A

Day-to-day duties:

- Incident Management
- Incidents and reviewing harm. RCA and reviewing before the SI group.
- Supporting the directorate in writing root causes analysis and incidents
- Duty of Candour
- Ensuring Alert systems are fit for purpose
- Use of DATIX

*Previous healthcare experience in a similar setting is essential*
