Compass Corporate Services are assisting our forward thinking, innovative care home company who are looking to expand their business they have created a new role for a Head of Marketing to be part of their success story. Remote working role with visits to the 4 homes based in West Midlands and Surrey.

The Head of Marketing will have full responsibility to design and develop the strategy in line with the CEO, you will be the lead in raising brand awareness through a series of campaigns, they have a mixed occupancy within their homes Private, NHS and local authority.
Their strategy is to expand their business annually by acquiring a number of homes each year.
The purpose of the position is to:
Lead and develop all top of funnel marketing campaigns and activity across the business in the geographic areas they provide services to meet their growth plan targets.

Work within agreed budgets to ensure the growth and profitability targets of the business are met.
Increase new private pay leads into the business by developing and implementing a strong marketing strategy that shifts their revenue mix to self-funders that is fully aligned to deliver our revenue growth targets.
To lead on consistency with all aspects of brand messaging, maintain the design, production of all materials and tone of voice consistent with their brand guidelines.
Develop their routes to market for new private pay leads and fully manage best return on marketing budget spend notably CPA.
Provide input to create and innovate the overall marketing plans and budget to ensure they make the right decisions and get the best value from their marketing investment across all our channels.
Support and innovate on growth related activities that raise their profile in the community, regionally and nationally whenever possible.

The Candidate
You will be a Marketing Manager with financial planning and experienced in the Care home /Health care sector.
Experienced in creating internal and external PR campaigns whilst working within a service industry with a strong customer service ethos, brand identity and have personal values aligned with the Care sector
A proven track record and high level of experience in managing all types of marketing campaigns, digital marketing primarily optimising PPC and SEO and Social campaigns with associated budgets.
Excellent copywriting skills and proven track record of writing for a range of audiences notably with a strength in creating emotive copy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Disciplined and proactive with the ability to multi-task across several projects working within defined deadlines.

Requirements Essential
Experienced Marketing Manager Healthcare ideally
Leadership experience
Wide ranging Marketing experience
Financial Planning, Marketing Spend, Budget Management.
Excellent copywriting skills to create emotive copy
Track record in managing digital marketing, optimising PPC, SEO & Social campaigns with associated budgets.
