Mechanical Design Engineer

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a more challenging role which will require you to come up with your own innovative designs?

KDC are searching for a Design Engineer for a very exciting and engaging role. We are working closely with a global client who are renowned for their innovative products. You will be focussed on the design of all-new electro-mechanical machinery and sub-assemblies and actively generating brand new products and IP.

You will need:

At least 2 years experience or more of mechanical design of complex products, ideally working full lifecycle
2D and 3D CAD expertise
A degree, HND or similar
Experience with machine design or a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong problem-solving capabilities
You will develop your skills in producing concepts and then develop these into full detailed designs. You will work closely with the production team as your product becomes a reality and is eventually delivered to the client.
