Job Details

Role: Technical Customer Service

Location: Cirencester

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE + Excellent Benefits

Main Duties:

The link between the customer, application engineering and logistics
Handling quotations, complaints and questions via telephone or email
To provide timely feedback to customers on applications
Processing and follow-up of orders to ensure that these are delivered correctly and on time
Internal coordination as well as working closely together with production units within the Rexnord group
Managing customer data for a specific group of customers

Skills and Background:

Technical academic background or equivalent through experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of basic engineering design principles, general machine shop practice and technical applications.
Able to read technical drawings
Customer service mindset and comfortable in an international work environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
Accurate, structured work method with a constant clear overview
Eagerness to learn more and develop yourself
Strong oral and written communication skills, and able to communicate technical information in an easy to understand manner
