Electrical Shift Lead Engineer - Days Only - Central London - £36-41k*
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced lead engineer to join a successful property and maintenance company. The candidate will need to be electrically qualified with good understanding of mechanical aspects. Also, this role involves leading a small team and liasing with managers, candidates will ideally need to have previous supervisory/lead experience.
The role is ideal for someone who is technically forward thinking and very passionate about their trade. A strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are required for this role and experience working in a client facing commercial building environment are essential.
4 days on, 4 off. Working days only from 07.00-19.00
Up to £41,000 per annum
25 days holiday

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Lighting - Lamp / Ballast Changes
Electrical Fault Finding
Carry out repairs to Mechanical Services
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
Pumps & Motors
General building services tasks
Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance of team
Ensure log books are kept up to date
Keeping good relationship with the client
City and guild level 2 and 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
HV expeirence up to 20,000 volts
Experience in a similar critical/ banking environment
Apprentice trained - desirable
Commercial or Critical Maintenance Experience (Office buildings, data centre's etc)
