Senior Management Accountant

Job Title: Senior Management Accountant - fully qualified
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000
Location: Leeds

One of the most difficult types of experience to get in accountancy is the commercial & business partnering focus. This job offers this from the start.

If you have a strong management accounts background and have the communication skills to mediate, challenge and bring numbers to life to non-finance people then get applying.

This role will involve new product group management accounts consolidation for an exciting PE firm and it's wider portfolio. Essential you will manage the numbers, bring them to life and assist with the non-finance stakeholders with their decision making support.

In return you will:

Get exposure to board level and Head of department stakeholders
The freedom and autonomy to make recommendations and implement them
Have commercial and strategic input and lead change projects

Ideally you will:

Be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW
Have worked in a commercial finance role
Have both management & financial accounting experience
Be strong on MS Excel and be able to bring analysis to life to non-finance stakeholders

Duties:

Group management accounts consolidation
Year end financial accounts production
Business partnering with representatives of the firms portfolio of client investments
Stakeholder presentations and commentary
Adhoc project finance leading
