Planning Lawyer - Leeds (1+PQE)
Top 45, national law firm seeks Planning Lawyer to join their leading Planning team in Leeds. This Planning Lawyer role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with award-winning law firm highly ranked in Chambers and Legal 500.
- Due to a large number of exciting projects in the pipeline, there is need to recruit an additional Planning Lawyer
- The team handles a large variety of high quality work for both private and public sector clients
- The national team is handling all aspects of Planning law for some of the largest and high profile projects in the UK from Highways and Power to Infrastructure to New Garden Towns and judicial review in the appellate courts
- You will join a supportive, collaborative team that works together nationally
As the team's new Planning Lawyer you will work on a broad range of planning work including major CPO projects and drafting section 106 agreements for residential developments as well as high profile infrastructure projects.
You will work closely with members of the wider team and you will have conduct of various matters, such as planning agreements and work as part of a team on larger projects.

More about you
The ideal Planning Lawyer will be a qualified solicitor, with at least 2 years of Planning law experience but possibly considerably more.
You will have at least some private practice experience in one or more of the following areas: promoting CPOs and drafting section 106 agreements for residential developments
