A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading Warwickshire practice to join as a civil and commercial litigation fee earner.

My client is a dynamic West Midlands-based full-service law firm with a fantastic local and national client base ranging from private individuals through to PLCs. The firm offers a dynamic and forward-thinking culture and lots of scope for progression.

They are now seeking to expand their litigation team by recruiting a junior level civil and commercial litigation fee earner to join a Partner-led team. The successful candidate will assist the Partner on complex matters, as well as running their own caseload of Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, Contentious Probate and Professional Negligence matters.

The role would suit either an experienced paralegal or newly qualified Solicitor/CILEX with proven litigation experience. In return, you will join a leading disputes team that can offer top quality work.
