Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our expanding client currently has a Litigation team that is growing from strength to strength. The client is a friendly, supportive and developing small to medium sized Legal 500 firm.

Due to expansion the practice is seeking a 2-5 year PQE solicitor for a permanent opportunity to join the team based in Newbury.

Work will include:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Professional negligence disputes
• Product liability disputes
• Intellectual property and technology disputes
• Defamation
• Retention of title disputes
• Insolvency

There will be some High Court work conducted in London and this will include lots of international arbitration and some work on commodities. Some marketing and business development will be required, however there is a current caseload in place.

You should be comfortable running your own caseload. You will work with partners and mentor junior members of the team in a position of responsibility and autonomy.
