Salary: c£75,000 per annum plus 20% bonus

An established and successful care home group requires an outstanding manager for its popular 72-bed home in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey.

A manager with a proven track record in successful care home management is required. A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years' home management experience, preferably in a corporate environment, and will have the necessary leadership skills to manage a large team.
