Clinical Lead (RMN) Nursing home based in Littlehampton, West Sussex £23 an hour+paid breaks.
Attega Group is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a national mental healthcare provider, offering high-quality care to people with severe mental health needs, supplying specialised nursing and residential care for up to 34 residents aged 18+.
You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an up to date NMC and experience nursing in a mental health setting.
The home is rated 5 (good) in all areas by the CQC.
The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership and advice to the home manager and generally contribute to the management of the home. A responsible and caring individual is essential for this role. You will work on a friendly but sometimes challenging environment therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a necessity. Your role will involve planning, assessing and evaluating Care Plans and Risk Assessments, preparing for attending team meetings and other appropriate multi-professional meetings. Also, maintain and keep updated on new clinical and nursing developments whilst ensuring a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments including the custody, storage and administration of drugs.
