Data Analyst

I have teamed up with a housing developer who are based in South West London who are looking for a Data Analyst to join work alongside their Marketing team based at head office

The bulk of the job role will be working on 2 key programmes which are Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Excel so to have knowledge of how to use those would be desirable to the employer. You will be tasked with collating data gained from external sources so that the marketing teams can adapt their strategies to ensure that the properties are advertised in the best way possible

The ideal candidate would be someone who has at least 1 years experience in a Data Analyst role previously & has some knowledge on either the property or new build construction sector. You will also need to be confident enough to present your findings on data to senior management teams
