Outstanding opportunity to join this renowned, industry leading, digital transformation technology services company as a Data Business Analyst. This business provides architectural leadership and engineering to large scale, prestigious organisations with highly complex technical landscapes who are looking to deliver major digital transformations of their applications and data platforms, building new or re-engineering existing applications (in open source & AWS tech) and cloud migrations. We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in data to support the build of a new enterprise-wide Big Data platform which takes unstructured data from multiple sources, structures data and enables powerful analytics. You'll require the following skills:

* 2+ years' experience working in a Big Data environment as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Engineer

* Strong Business Analysis skills in Agile settings with experience working with Epics and User Stories, interacting with Product Managers, Data Engineers, UX Design and Research teams and business end users and helping to maintain & prioritise product backlogs

* Practical knowledge of Data Science methods, Data Dictionaries, Data Modelling, Data Migration, Analytics tools (such as Tableau, QlikSense or Power BI) and Data Processing platforms (like Kafka)

* Experience working with structured and unstructured data and extracting insight

* Experience working with data platforms in Cloud settings (ideally AWS)

* Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written with a natural aptitude for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* A relevant technical degree (such as Computer Science, Data, Security, Maths, Physics or Quantitative subject)

£60k-£66k + 15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits. London & Remote
