Growth Product Manager with experience scaling products from idea to launch required by a FinTech in London. This company have enjoyed tremendous success since its inception with technology always at the heart of the business and boast one of the broadest and fastest-growing 'hotbed' technology stack. Over the last 18 months, they have invested heavily into a number of market-first applications and due to a surge in demand to serve their client base, they have released a brand new mobile application to help encourage their clients to save and invest.
The role will see you taking full end-to-end ownership of the mobile application and lead on the product strategy to grow the customer base and increase their presence in the market. You will lead a cross-functional team to identify new market opportunities through customer research and analysis data to grow the customer base and engagement. The company leaders will also look for you to provide strategic inputs to define the product strategy and add value to future products across the business.
We are looking for an driven growth product manager that has experience taking an initial idea to launch which improves customer experiences and engages new users. You will also need to display previous experience carrying out A/B testing and focus groups to collect key information and data. The primary focus for the directors is hiring the right personal traits as opposed to what skills you can bring to the table, so passion, an ability to learn, a team player mentality and individuals who want to make a difference are high on the list with the only mandatory requirement being strong product management experience, analytical mindset and mobile application experience.
