HGV Technician (Nights)

Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced Workshop based HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a Technician to join a company that offers a brilliant foundation for personal development and internal progression.

THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified HGV Technician, qualified to level 2 with 5 years experience of working on HGV/LGV Vehicles

THE DUTIES:
- Carrying out service, Maintenance and Repair of a fleet of HGV Tractor units and trailers.

- Attending breakdowns

- Diagnosing faults using computer systems

- Carrying out 6 weekly inspections within the workshop and at customer sites

- Warrenty work and M.O.T Prep

THE HOURS:
You will work work the following pattern

Week 1 Mon to Thur 18:00 - 08:00

Week 2 Tue to Fri 18:00 - 08:00

THE RATE OF PAY:
You will earn an annual salary of between £38,000- £40,000 plus overtime at time and a quarter. As well as this you will receive an unsociable hours bonus of up to £30 per shift.
