This role, Programme Manager, would lead programme management of all client programmes delivering a high-quality experience to sponsors, programme participants, associates and the delivery team. The role reports to the Head of Client Services.
They operate an 'all-hands-on-deck' capacity, meaning that each of them stays connected to the work being performed by all, and contributions are welcome and expected. This role would provide opportunities to engage with senior leaders within some of the world's largest companies and brands. As we grow out of start-up mode, we will be able to offer our services to smaller organisations, which is vital to our continued success. Everyone is expected to want to evolve in terms of professional development and role scope.
*Converting new business into Service Agreements/Statements of Work whilst protecting the best interests of the company throughout the procurement process
** Establishing frameworks to ensure delivery against SLAs
** Scheduling delivery with clients, associates and the team, proactively anticipating and removing obstacles and bottlenecks, driving the team to ensure that key milestones are met
** Ensuring that all quantitative and qualitative participant-solicited programme data is managed, stored and reported to ExCo and clients, as agreed on a case by case basis.
** Reporting on key performance indicators for programme delivery; highlighting risks to successful, on-time, high-quality programme completion and working with colleagues and clients to mitigate and ameliorate risks and find solutions
** Timely escalation of quality and delivery issues to the Head of Client Services
** Sharing client, programme and service insights with Head of Client Services
** Taking a highly active role in account management, supporting or standing in for the Head of Client Services
** Negotiating change requests with clients and managing emergent programme issues to a successful outcome
** Providing support to everyone, especially those responsible for new client and new business acquisition.
** Establishing client feedback whilst playing a role in maintaining NPS > 80 to increase the probability of future service proposals and delivery.
* Recruiting, training & leading new members of the programme management team
** Propagating relevant programme management learnings across the business
Requirements: Knowledge and Experience:
** Previous senior programme management experience for bespoke services
** Deep understanding of how complex organisations operate and make decisions
** Experience of establishing a programme management function
** Experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential
** Experience in people management is essential
** Experience with data analysis tools is desirable
