Family Solicitor - South London (near Clapham Junction)
£50 - 60,000

An innovative, multi-service law firm in a well-connected area of South London is looking to expand their Family team for the third time in the past 12 months. Due to consistent growth, this legal 500 recognised (Tier 4) firm are keen to bring in a Senior Associate to undertake a varied case load of high value, Private Family Law matters, on behalf of an interesting and diverse client base.

The firm is based in a central location, overlooking the Thames. You will be part of a close-knit team that handles exclusively HNW Family Law and regularly represent high profile individuals. This is an exciting time to join the team as their historic reputation continues to grow and you will be a pivotal part of their future plans. Working side by side with the team's renowned Partner, you will be given a high degree of autonomy and a platform in which to build on your reputation.

The ideal candidate will be 5+ years PQE and will have experience handling high value divorce, finance and children matters. Holding a senior role in the team, you will not only expect to pick work up, but also assist the firm in attracting new clients, in addition to working closely with the junior team members to aid in their growth and development.

For the right individual, this is an opportunity to take a step up, with Partnership on the cards within a short period of time. You will be given a catalogue of resources to enable to you to perform effectively and will be supported closely by the team's Senior Partner. Offering a highly competitive remuneration package, including a bonus of 20% on everything above target, this is an excellent opportunity to springboard your career with a reputable, Legal 500 firm.

Given the current lockdown, the firm is currently working remotely, so all interviews and inductions will take place virtually, and they look forward to being able to welcome the team back to the office soon. Home working was common place at the firm pre-Covid, so this is something that you can continue to take advantage of in the future, but due to the collaborative environment within the Family team, you will be expected to attend the office on a somewhat regular basis.
