Product Owner, Central London, Permanent
I am currently looking for a strong Product Owner to work for a prestigious real estate company based in Central London. Ideally needs to have previous work experience in real estate/property. If you are looking for work, please apply for further information.
Role & Responsibilities:
The role will conceive, define, test, deliver, monitor, refine and withdraw digital products in the market (or internally) to maximize our business growth. You will be required to support customer research, and work with key stakeholders across their business to deliver the digital vision. You will also work with other teams to deliver and sustain the end-to-end customer experience, bringing new ideas and experience to the table to link our digital and non-digital service lines.
You will have strong prioritisation and communication (verbal and written) skills along with the ability to lead through collaboration, with effective stakeholder management. You will also be required to work effectively with a wide range of teams - from business leaders to delivery teams.
The role will require strong a business background as well as technical knowledge to be able to engage effectively with other teams and understand their needs. You must also be able to make the right decisions about when to prioritise getting a new feature whilst always having the client experience at the forefront.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Five to seven years (or more) of relevant experience in digital and business/industry
Three or more years in diverse roles and increasing responsibilities across business and IT
Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline
Familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery
More than three years working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams (preferred)
More than three years working with design professionals, within a design thinking process, including as an assistant in the user experience design process (preferred)
