Key Responsibilities:

• Support with the management of the configuration and development of core group software applications
• Driving forward the use of innovative technology to improve processes and increase benefits realisation
• Manage software and hardware configuration changes through internal processes and Servicedesk tools
• Develop and maintaining documentation and training materials for internal use
