Job Details

Booth Welsh has an exciting new vacancy in the finance section of our business. We need someone that can support our Finance Manager and work well in a team.

We are in the process of implementing a new system (Oracle). Experience of Oracle would be a distinct advantage but full training will be given anyway. Flexible working will be on offer for the right candidate.


* Processing payroll for approx. 65 employees

* Processing employee pay including overtime and shift payments

* Calculating holidays, Statutory payments, allowances and dealing with deductions

* Processing tax documentations

* Dealing with any payroll queries

* Assist with input of timesheets

* Reconciling and processing expenses

* Processing GRN's and dealing with queries

* Reconciling Supplier Statements

* Ad hoc duties

* Key skills and requirements

* Finance qualification/background

* Commercial awareness

* An analytical, logical and detailed approach to work

* Good all-round IT skills, particularly excel

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to work on your own initiative/ part of a team
