Our client is a rapidly growing, award winning and market leading online consumer brand providing natural products to a growing and loyal fan base. As a result of continued growth and investment, the digital team is expanding via the recruitment and development of experienced and talented people who share their vision.

They are now looking for an experienced and talented Head of Paid Search to join the growing senior management team. This ambitious individual will build an in house centre of excellence paid search function, headline the growth of new customer acquisition and drive continuous improvement volume and ROI from digital acquisition activity.

Our client has big plans and will be expanding internationally, therefore the successful candidate will continue to drive growth both in the UK and other key markets. Key channel and team responsibility will cover PPC, shopping, SEO, Affiliates, and Display.

You will need to have a proven track record of delivering results in digital acquisition. You will have previous experience managing paid media strategy, budgets and demonstrating improved performance across all of the usual relevant metrics such as ROAS and CPA. Conversion, optimisation, planning and forecasting will also feature massively within the role and its imperative that you are numerate, strategic, forward thinking, impatient and strive for the best results - all of the time!
