Do you have some IT Support or mobile phone support experience?
Have you worked in a retail phone store or worked for a mobile company in a support capacity or helped with 1st line customer queries of an IT nature?
Working on behalf of a major Global client, you will be offering support to their Australian customers regarding their mobile phones. Queries may be regarding the Sim, top up service, account details, setting up of direct debits or how to change the display, switch the mobile on or off, change the time/date and etc.
You will be speaking to the customers, over the telephone and entering the information onto the database and finding out the information to relay to the customer.
The hours are from 11pm ito 7am and to start some flexibility will be needed. The call centre is open 7 days a week, 365 days per annum so you work will be on a shift basis and will be including some weekends and Bank Holidays.
This role offers ongoing temporary work and £9.74 per hour, free parking, holiday pay and contributory pension scheme after qualifying period.
There is a possibility that some positions may become permanent if you are interested in both temporary and permanent work.
For this position you will have:
A good understanding of IT and, ideally, worked on 1st line support or mobile phones.
Excellent customer service experience ideally call centre background
Excellent data entry skills
Thrive on sorting out issues and giving customers an exemplary service
A keen interest in technology
