Job Details

Work as Clinical Nurse Manager - RGN, RMN or RNLD for a 20-bed nurse led service based in North Manchester.
This service brings together NHS specialist consultant neurologists, psychologists, GPs and Huntington's Disease Association experts at innovative quarterly Huntington's disease clinics.

Hosting clinics here avoids changes in routine and the frustration of long hospital waits. Service users benefit from expert consultant care in a familiar environment.

Working closely with the Home Manager on a mixed Supernumerary & clinical basis you will lead by example, acting as a role model for the staff group and an ambassador for the organisation. Other duties will include:

Support the Home Manager with all Care Quality Commission, Regulatory, Statutory and quality monitoring requirements
Provide clinical oversight and hold clinical accountability for delivery of safe and effective care.
Support with the safe recruitment process of new staff.

£35,222.00 per annum
£1500 Welcome Bonus
Working 40 Hours per week - 2 x 12 hour shifts and the rest Supernumerary

Key requirements for this Clinical Nurse Manager role include:

Registered Nurse - either RGN, RMN or RNLD
Some previous Nurse Management experience either at Deputy Home Manager, Senior/ Lead Nurse or, Clinical Lead, Ward Manager etc
