Financial Controller

A successful, family feel company are currently recruiting for their first Financial Controller to join them as they enter a period of scale-up growth.

Key duties will consist of:

* Implementation and design of new finance systems and processes

* Management of a small finance team

* Monthly and annual management reporting

* Ensuring transactional data collection is accurate

* Budgeting

* Forecasting

* Liaising with and working alongside external accountancy firms

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience within a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role

* ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification

* A professional and hard working attitude

* SME experience is desirable

* Strong team playing skills
