An exciting contract has arisen for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team on the prestigious University of Greenwich contract, based in London. In this position, you will support operational teams in delivering an efficient FM project management service to our client. You will have responsibility for multiple projects across soft and hard FM, so you'll need the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the contract in its infancy. We have strong growth plans and exciting developments are coming which will see the evolution of services we deliver at the various sites across London.
Liaise with both client and Sodexo stakeholders to execute effective and commercially viable project management plans
Drive a continuous improvement culture across the contract
Ensure timely delivery of projects across both soft and hard FM
Lead projects to ensure the delivery of objectives to time, quality and cost
Deliver projects to agreed methodologies and standards
Contribute to strategic discussions as part of the senior site management team sharing ideas and best practice to improve performance
Build and track resource and financial plans for projectsThe Ideal Candidate
Educated to degree level or qualified by experience
Significant project management experience in a soft or hard FM setting
Good awareness of service mobilisation and delivery within total FM, ideally with a bias towards hard FM
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and emotional intelligence skills
Commercially astute with proven experience of cost control and optimisation
