We are currently working with an alternate provision based in Sutton, for children who have learning difficulties, SEMH and challenging behaviour. Therefore, Protocol Education are currently searching for individuals who have experience in mentoring young adults on a one to one basis.

The school takes pride in ensuring that each individual child's needs are met, their academic progress is tracked, and their emotional and mental health is improved to some extent. Their current team of learning support assistants are all resilient, committed and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping these children. So, they are looking for valuable people who can really bring these qualities and beyond to the team.

Your main duties:
-Working in either small groups within the classroom or on a one to one basis with a key child.
-Assisting the class teacher to help deliver lessons and manage the children.
-Effectively track the children's progress to ensure that they are making positive improvements.

The school's requirements:
-Somebody who is committed and passionate as well as being consistent.
-For you to have some form of experience in working with vulnerable children or adults.
-Somebody who has a passion for working with special needs.
