Cedar are proud to be partnered with a highly respected boutique practice in the West End of London to assist with their search for a future Partner.
As a result of strong organic growth throughout 2020 and a steady stream of inbound client work this professional and supportive practice are looking to bolster their senior leadership team. Throughout 2020 both staff and client attrition was minimal in face of all the uncertainties in the economic market. This strength and resilience came from the modern approach that the Partnership share and they are looking for the next person to come in and share their values.
They currently have a strong mix of both big 4 trained Partners and home-grown talent and as such are keeping a fairly open remit on who they will look to bring on board. Whilst the successful candidate will be very much a future Partner, at the moment they are looking to bring someone in at the Audit Director level and grow them into the Partnership.
All they require is that applicants are ACA qualified, holding RI status (or well on their way to achieving RI) and have a good level of both staff and portfolio management.
