Care Home Manager
Aylesbury
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + bonus
An experienced manager is required to lead a dedicated team providing excellent residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 39 elderly residents at a care home near Aylesbury, Bucks.
The home, which is part of an established and highly respected corporate healthcare group, offers high quality facilities for residents whilst retaining a warm and homely atmosphere. The home provides a full range of specialist nursing and residential care, has recently been rated good by the CQC and is highly regarded by local professionals.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a care home manager and must have a specialism in dementia care. Preference will be given to candidates with a current nursing pin, however a non-nurse will be considered if they can demonstrate a track record of good care home leadership. Experience of working within a corporate structure will be an advantage.

An excellent knowledge of CQC compliance requirements
Good relationships with local care professionals

Financial awarenessA salary up to £65,000 per annum is available to the right candidate, plus a discretionary annual bonus of up to 20% of salary
