My client is a household name in the insurance services industry. Due to business and customer base growth, we are working closely together in partnership to grow their front line, customer services team, based in a modern office in the centre of Glasgow.
You will be office based, as this is a key worked role, and the up most care will be taken to keep you safe and supported in you're career.
In this role you will deal with customer inquiries, make account or policy amendments, be the initial point of contact for more complex issues, creating an excellent experience for every customer you speak to.
You will be trained, supported and developed from day 1, and will feel like a valued member of the team.
