IT Service Desk - Remote x2
Our client a large NHS organisation require a IT Service Desk Analyst to provide extra support while permanent staff work on another project. The Service Desk acts as a central point of contact within the IT department, providing remote first and second line support to the clients user base. The Service Desk analysts will monitor the service desk queue and allocate calls, take ownership and responsibility of more complex tickets and work within the SLA's in operation, Investigate faults and user issues.
Skills Required: Excellent IT Service Desk Experience, Windows 10, MS Office (Outlook), Active Directory and IT Ticketing systems. Any NHS experience will be of interest.
